Do you play live?
Our usual haunt is a venue in York, England called Fibbers... It's a nice little venue with a reputation for getting in pretty decent bands, many of which we've had the opportunity to support (Keane, CLarksville, The Delays, Thirteen Senses)...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the internet makes the disgusting machine that is the music 'industry' have to wake up... by it's very nature the industry likes things to be controllable commodities, and the internet (for the present moment at least) isn't so controllable. I'm sure that at some point the industry will find the means to turn the internet into one great big shop, but in the meantime they're still desperately trying to catch up.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I can't speak for the whole band, but I personally would far rather be on a smaller independent label that has some connection to the music, allows the artists to do their thing and doesn't just see them as a means to making money.
