How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It connects fans of the underground with each other and allows for a band's own material to be spread at a much more rapid pace as opposed to the tape trading of the 80's. It's a lot easier to gain fans.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends. If Miskatonic comes knocking on my door than f*** yes (If you'd call them a major label?)
