Why this name?
I was on a shamanic journey in the bathroom at Krystal Burger in Perry Ga when the spirit of the emu appeared to me and commanded me to name an internet project Electric Emu!

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it is about time the artist and not the record companies can be heard. And the fact that we will not ever make any money is a great filter for those egomainiacs with low self esteem to step aside and let people who love making this silly junk to step up!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure! I love indie music but will gladly sell out at the drop of a hat because that is what America is all about! WHoOOOT!

LOL! I use Acid Pro for the base. Sonic Foundry for the mix, and lay Guitar and Bass tracks over them.
