Lord Jed (aka) Simply Jed... Sit back and enjoy the fruit of my labours.
Why this name?
It was an honorary title bestowed upon me at birth.
Do you play live?
Yes. My recent concert at Niedpath Castle, which included puppetry, conjouring tricks and some short recitations, went down a treat.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes puppetry quite difficult, I can tell you.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No, I'd use a pen.
Band History:
The Men In White Suits, The Ketchup Boys, TEWB (The Eastern Writing Bloc), The Euphoria Project, The Non-Stick Panzers.... I've helped them all in some way.
Your influences?
Ivor Cutler, Spike Milligan, Michael Palin, Stan Laurel, The Marx Brothers.
Favorite spot?
Portobello Beach
Equipment used:
A BIC (medium black) and a Basildon Bond Reporter's Notepad.
Anything else...?
My real name is "Simply Jed"
