The name Pure n Fine was actually inspired by the bottled water company Purifina! We wanted a name that would describe more of our each of our musical abilities individually and yet sound smooth when pronounced together. Pure describes Ornan's musical talent as a composer of beats, rythms and lyrics, and Fine is as close as you can get when describing Curtis's tight vocals and tunes.

Ocassionally we will hit a few big talent shows but for the most part we prefer recording other artists than anything. Currently we have never performed anywhere else besides Texas or California. The most impressive and memorable event ever to happen to us is when we awed small texas towns across central texas with our musical talents.

Internet has allowed many with outstanding musical abilities to finally be recognized and for artists and music lovers to share thier ideas, art, and love in music with one another in ways never before imaginable. But on the downside it has also crippled the music industry deeply with high rates of piracy and copyright violations.
