Because, I am the DJ! Naw, deejaying is a big part of who I am, what I do and it's gotten me to places that I've dreamed of going as a kid. Also, when I first started spinning people didn't know that I could spin like I do. People would come to parties and it would be rockin, and walk back to the booth or the table and see me spinning. "Dev, you the DJ" was the reaction, so, I started using that as a part of my name, dev, tha dj!

I'll still play deejay gigs from time to time. I've cut way back on what I used to do back in the day. Now I just concentate on the beats, and getting better with this.

As an artist, I see the internet as good way to be heard by people that just might feel what your doing when no one else will listen. So, I'm testing the waters here to see if I got some sh!t, and if cats is feeling me, holla at ya boy!
