P-Boy n' Compny is a band of a number of random musicians. PBC's main inspirational leader and ass kicker is Shane Smith aka P-Boy. He has had his help long the way from his various niggas including J-hova (Jordan Mclamb), C-Wooly (Craig Woolard Jr), the Mexican (Alex Shephard), Nicky V (Nick Vail), Reverend Jenna Flash (Jenna Smith), and the uncomparable master of disaster, sound shaker and melody-maker, Father Craig (Craig Woolard).
Why this name?
The band name originates in the early 1990's when a certain young boy, Shane, was ridiculed by his childhood friends Alex and Jordan for being "Poor". He was "Poor" not because of his financial status, rather because of his actions. These actions include having shitty ass allergies, being a cheapass, bumming food.. lots of it.. and clothes. Thus, he was deemed "Poor Boy" and "P-Boy" for short. The "n' Compny" obviously comes from the company of musicians that have help record the maserpieces heard here.

The internet is Dank as hell for the music industry, especially for unsigned bands. One word here, exposure..
