I have been goofing around with music for several years, doing a little writing here and there, doing demo work, playing sideman some for others, and a little studio work and would not know what to do with myself if I was not loading up to go play somewhere come weekend time.
I have a wife and 2 daughters, and 2 small companies, but still make time for some live play, a little writing and recording, ...and of course working to help fellow musicians with the modest talent that the good Lord gave me.
NEWS
Well I got to meet and listen to one of todays greatest accoustic guitarist, DOYLE DYKES. For anyone that does not follow Taylor guitars, Doyle reps and performs for Taylor in concert and in workshops. This guy is incredible. This is definately a man that has a God given talent and will play it for you and tell you about where it came from too. One fine individual and one fine guitarist he is. As always, I like to share as much about others music as much as my own, so if you get a chance go listen to this cat play. www.doyledykes.com You will be as amazed at what sounds he can get out of Taylor.
