My name is Zodiak. Im a horrorcore rapper that comes outta the city Edmonton in Alberta. I rap wit a guy named Sonik some times whos part of a band named Toxic Soul.
Why this name?
I was lookin through a book called "Encyclopedia Of Comic Book Bad Guys" and i saw Zodiac so i took the name Zodiak.
Do you play live?
I dont play live. Theres not enough people around my area that i know that are into this type of music so there would be no point in puttin on a show.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think its great. You can download songs and you dont gotta go out and buy the whole CD.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Prolly not. Major labels suck. They try to control you and your music. If it was a good record label like Psycho Pathic then ya prolly.
Band History:
I got no history. I started rappin in July 2002 and its just me and a couple of friends that do it for fun. Nutin big.
Your influences?
Anything PsychoPathic. Mostly ICP, Twiztid and Dark Lotus though. Rock to a smaller extent. Also my friends that i rap with, if it werent for them i never would of started
Favorite spot?
Being with my gf, anything to do with Psycho Pathic and/or juggalo's but most of all just out skating.
Equipment used:
A mic, a computer and a program. Pretty god damn simple.
