LooneyMobb was founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1996. The founder, CEO Donyale "Skooby G Slimm" Started the group with his brothers Daniel "Buddah Bless" Johnson and Demetrius "Donocka Meechie" Johnson along with blood relatives Shawn "Snake" Gayles, Charles "Skrap" Gayles, Roshawn "Illa" Harrington, Gregory "Sarge" Phillips and Lamont "Montay" Garrett.


 Looney Mobb is most recognized for their contributions in the Midwest underground rap scene. They are also known for their underground smash hits such as "At ease" and "Hold up, Wait a minute" which was released on their 1998 album titled "Til the world blow up".


 Looney Mobb has not one, but two albums being readied for release.


 "The Juke Box" is scheduled for a spring 2004 release with their follow up album "Conquer the Land" to be released a few months later.


 Also be on the lookout for their DVD Documentary "Loonessey" which is currently in the making and due to be released shortly after "The Juke Box"
