Whaddup, listen to my shit. I have been scratching for about 4 and a half years now, enjoy.
Why this name?
My friends wanted to start a snowboarding crew called Celsius Industries. Back when i was DJing parties. They asked me to be the official DJ. So they called me DJ Celsius. Then the crew never did anything. But i liked the name so i kept it.
Do you play live?
I perform pretty often with the Alliance. My little brothers group. I love performing live, also i really enjoy jamming with other scratchers.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think its awesome how easy it is to let people hear and critique your music these days. It has changed the industry a lot.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If they would sign a scratch DJ, hell yea. As long as they let my have complete creative control over my shit.
Your influences?
Main influences would be the Dstyles, Qbert, Flare, Mix Master Mike , Beat Junkies, Xmen, Dee Swift, Ned hoddings and everyone who uploads files on the net.
Favorite spot?
I really like Hawaii, I like San Fran also because of the sweet DJ scene there. Seattle is a dope place too
