"Then as it was, then again it will be. Though the course may change sometimes, rivers always reach the sea." -RP
Why this name?
Its a Peter Murphy song. I've been tantalized by the ocean and what lies therein for as long as I can remember. The song itself is no killer. But the name is without a doubt symbolic of my life to date.
Do you play live?
Current line-up unorganized
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
So far, i'm of the minority opinion that the internet has done significant, irrepairable damage to artist promotion and financial profit. Then again, i'm the first to call out high prices on concert tickets and cd's so it's a blessing in disguise. I'd like to think they will get a system that benefits both the artist and consumer online.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
CONTROL = All mine. Hell yes. CONFORM for better record sales a'la Incubus = When Hell is frozen.
Band History:
After conception via nebulized solar helium in a distant galaxy, I was vectorized and vaporized and smormazalized into a deep aquatic ravine here on planet Earth. My childhood consisted of a bubble-like surrounding shell, enveloped around me at all times since i, like you, cannot breathe under the sea. Over time, the lack of light at such deep, dark depths became miserable and I went in search of sunshine. During my journey towards the surface, I shed my shell and swam at speeds of a thousand miles an hour in anticipation of what may lie ahead. Upon arrival, my expectations were totally shattered when i realized my new home was no paradise by any means. Somehow, I ended up in Atlanta. Go figure. During the world's worst rush hour, instead of pressing my hands onto the car horn as hard as humanly possible, i return to my immersed aquatic hideaway, where the only traffic you'll find is a school of clownfish or a slow motion nudibranch hogging the road. I sit quietly on my little section of the reef. And enjoy the silence.

These first sessions were concieved with half the gear listed. I'm just beginning my trip into the world of programming and electronics. I dont even know how to use midi or sequence correctly. Things change. New music will be updated regularly. You'll hear vocals sooner rather than later. Check back as often as possible.
