Chop Suzy
NEWS   Well kids, the moment that you've all been waiting for has finally arrived. Chop Suzy's new EP, Going to the Mall, is ready for public consumption. Starting today, one new song from the EP will be released every ten days on Chop Suzy’s fancy new website at www.chopsuzymusic.com.

Why only one every ten days? Because the new tunes are so powerful that if you listen to them all at once your mojo will burst. Seriously.

You want to here the entire EP now? That's easy. Buy it. Did we mention that you can buy it. In the meantime, head on over to www.chopsuzymusic.com and check out a little ditty that we like to call Disco Beaver.

Your friends,

Chop Suzy

Why this name?
Years and years of drunken stupidity led us to name ourselves Chop Suzy. We're really not sure what it means.
Do you play live?
Chop Suzy is currently playing live at various locations throughout the L.A. area. Our shows are always upbeat and bursting with energy. One time our drummer ate his own poop on stage. Not really.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet and the MP3 have made the music industry a much friendlier place for indie bands such as us. It may not be too friendly for the big label acts, but screw them. They're already rich.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If they offered us a stellar deal, sure.
Band History:
Strange travels through space and time brought guitarist Beau Girardeau and drummer Tony Baloney together. From the moment they first met they knew they had something magical(musically speaking). They later purchased Manuel the bassist at a local flea market for $1.99.
Your influences?
Anything alternative, garage, punk or blues related.
Favorite spot?
Boomland.
