play lo-fi play hi-fi  17 year old Alkaholik
Yo, if you been here before... I'm sorry. I was just getting into rap when I started this page, and never updated it. If you here now I left up 1 song from the original postings and all, and posted the first one that (hopefully) will kinda revitalize my rap passion.
Why this name?
I dropped the DJ off the front for my MC name... In case you cared.
Do you play live?
I have played live. Usually competitions and talent shows, although I did play at a bar called Coco Loco and that was tight.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Uhhm, I think it has it's positive aspects as well as it's negative, that's a good way to avoid answering! No, for the most part I think it's a good thing for musicians. Unsigned musicians benifit without a doubt, as far as copyrights, I think if an artist can't put out a CD with enough good tracks to make you wanna buy it, then download the one good song.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
HELL YEAH!!!
Band History:
I got into music as a drummer. After that I started singing in a band and writting my own lyrics. While I was doing that I started DJing and got more heavily into hip-hop. A while ago my friend told me about online battling. I been doing that as of late as well as DJing. I'm starting this site in hopes of going audio with some of my verses. And now, trying to actually rap well.
Your influences?
Alkahol is a big one. Just playing.
For my hip-hop verses, Eminem, Xzibit, Redman.
Favorite spot?
BANGKOK!!! Damn, 3 words, NO...DRINKING...AGE!!!
Equipment used:
For my DJing, I use P.Audio dual CD player, Behringer Crossfader, and a no name Power Amp. For recording audio, I run my crossfader into my computer for now.
