There are three different levels of licensing (leasing) a Dandada beat: Basic, Advanced, and Exclusive.

The Basic Licensing level allows non-exclusive usage of the beat and is the least expensive of the levels. By licensing a beat under this package, you are entitled the use of this beat for non commercial purposes. You may use this beat in conjunction with demos, talent shows, leisure use (example, making a track to show off to your friends at school, etc.), up and coming projects, websites, etc. You may NOT use this beat to sell on an album (whether professional or independent), sell as your own creation, or distribute as third party.

The Advanced Licensing level allows you exclusive usage of the beat for a limited length of 6 months. By licensing a beat under this package, you are entitled to use the beat for any purposes. You will be the sole user of the beat. You will also be sent a contract that you must sign and re-mail first, along with payment, before the beat is mailed to you. Limited re-arrangement can also be performed upon request (example, tempo sped up, main tune of the beat changed a bit, bars per verse, etc... no changes that may completely alter the beat itself will be performed). Once the time period expires, you will have the option of Renewal for either 6 months or 1 year. Failure to do so will result in the beat being placed upon the page for others to use as well.

The Exclusive Licensing level allows you total exclusive usage of the beat for any purposes necessary, including use on a professional album. However, as with any of these three levels, I retain sole ownership of the copyright of the beat. By licensing under this package, the beat will forever be removed from the site and not placed back onto the site. You will be the only person to use this beat for whatever purposes you deem fit. You may use the beat for any recordings, demos, website usage, movies, etc so long as I am credited on your project and/or promos or performances as the "producer" of the beat, along with a simple contact mention either by word of mouth, email, or link by website on your page. This beat will also require a signed contract to be mailed with payment before the beat is sent. On this package, the beat will be mailed to you on a CD-R format. You will have the beat itself mailed, along with each channel on the same CD separately processed, meaning that you will have the full beat, the drum part, the bass, the main instrument, secondary, third, and all other instruments. This will allow you better use of mixing down your final project in a studio if separate channels are needed.

The Custom level allows you to email specifications to me with how you want your beat laid out. You can specify the tempo, how many bars per verse, intro, hook, etc., the feel of your beat, and any other pertinent information that may be needed to create your beat, for example, if you want a beat to have a similar feel to say maybe, Mobb Deep's G.O.D.Father Pt. III, specify that as well. Make sure if you compare to another song, that you list the name of the actual song and group or artist it belongs to. Do not say something like "I want a beat like that Neptunes beat". This is too broad a range to understand what you mean. All Custom made tracks will remain as your exclusive beat and will not be resold to anyone else. You have unlimited usage of the beat as well.

Please note with all licensing packages that I retain full copyrights and interests of any and all beats licensed. Do note that I must be credited as "producer" or "instrumental beat created by" (or something similar to that effect) on any and all projects that these beats may be used for. Also note that Exclusive licensing does NOT mean that you own the beat and copyright. It means that you have total and unlimited licensing usage of the beat.
