Hi, My name is Erica Knight, I have been singing since I was five years old. I am unsigned and have worked with several producers in VA, NJ, NC & GA. Presently, I am still perfecting my sound and my performances and looking for a management team to take me to the next level in the entertainment business. I am interested in songwriting for the industry and anyone interested please contact me.
Why this name?
My family in VA call me DIVA, but my stage name and album project I use Erica.
Do you play live?
I have done track performances, in VA,GA,NC, SC, PA, NJ, and NY. All my performances have been an adventure, and I love to share my music and share myself with my audiences. I have received a lot of love from NC and GA. Not taking anything way from VA. Cuz they bump my music.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It has propelled the industry to a greater level especially for unsigned talent. Mainstream artist you hear all the time because of the dollars generated in promotions. The unsigned artists music now can be heard in areas we may never get the opportunity to tour.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, I would sign to a record contract with a major label .
Your influences?
All female artists who have sustained in this business and created other business ventures to enhance their quality of living. Also my mentor in VA who believes in me and been there for me time and time again.
Favorite spot?
I don't really have one yet! But I did have fun in ATL.

Believe it or not, I do not play any instruments.
