All material (beats, instrumentals, poems, etc.) contained herein is copyrighted, by Isra-Elite, unless noted otherwise (i.e. 'Round Here and HipHop Royalty, which are Omni-Notus' instrumentals).

I will not support any racist/hate oriented projects (against homosexuals, afro-americans, members of religious or ethnic groups, etc.). I reserve the right to reclaim any rights sold or leased that end up used on such projects, at my sole discretion.

Piracy, theft, or any other unauthorized useof any of the material posted herein will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All beats may be used non-commercially. The conditions which must complied with to use a beat non-commercially are as follows.
1) You must verbally acknowledge Isra-Elite and www.soundclick.com/israelite for the beat, at the beginning of the song in which you've usedmy beat.
2) You must acknowledge Isra-Elite in writing wherever you distribute the song, including, but not limited to, the Internet. The acknowledgement should be inseperable from the song, so it must be printed on the cd jacket and the ID3 tag.
3) Email me about your track with my beat.
4) If you post the song online, post a link to my website alongside whereever you posted the song (on the same page of the website, at least).
By using one of these beats, you hereby agree to fulfill the above stated provisions; failure to fulfill them will entail legal consequences.

I hereby reserve any and all rights to act unilaterally after a sale/lease agreement has been reached, should you or any third party act in a manner which i do not see fit, or make use of the beat in a way which I do not deem appropriate. You will not be reimbursed. Ergo, if you have racist lyrics in a song with my beat, I will reclaim the rights to my beat. At that point, you will have 10 days to issue an immediate recall of any material on which the song with my beat may be found.

You may not in any way shape or form reproduce, redistribute, perform or otherwise use or exploit that music which I have posted herein.
