We face a future that begs the question....

What is human?

Digital Archon was formed in the middle of 1998, and this elusive one man show quickly drew comparisons to techno and death metal, mostly from the vocal style and music present on the cover of Black Sabbath's seminal tune N.I.B. However, Digital Archon is quick to correct the unenlightened. He states that Digital Archon is heavily based upon metal, but goes beyond into more surreal sonic environments, exploring a field that hasn't really been touched upon. Comparisons to any conventional music are difficult, at best, he goes on to say.

Difficult, indeed. Combining science, philosophy, technology and metal mastery, Digital Archon promises much in the new millennium. When pressed about his influences, the self-diagnosed deluded maniac claims to enjoy everything from classical to extreme metal. Bolt Thrower and Delerium appear to be the largest influences on his sound, but it really is a crucible of musical styles.

Digital Archon is still is at work in the studio, experimenting with new instruments for his third album, which he says is called "Metamorphosis", with song titles like "Xian", "Sunless" and "One With No Name" being considered.
