One NIght was last years hit on the mix tape scene and still going strong today, 04/12/05 Jermain Dupri and Bow Wow appeard on 106 & park for a interview. Low & behold they showed a clip of Bow Wows new single featuring Omarion "Let Me Hold You", and their it was the identical beat from my single One Night as if Dupri sampled from me and tried to added a clap. My name came about after my older brothers death. I wanted somthing gothic that would express my inner feeling, thats where Raven came from. I was a Dj before I became an emcee, Dj majesty to be exact so I kept it royal with Lord.

Yeah mainly in Night clubs In Miami,FL and the Tri states.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It gives artist the access to promote them selves in parts of the world normaly would'nt be possible.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

NO!!!! Im an underground success both with producing and rhyming also the C.E.O of Black Bird Entertainment. The only way I would sign is If I were to receive a distribution and marketing deal.

Band History:

I was apart of Miami's first official hip-hop group. Mankyne which was created 11 years ago, we went our seprate ways in 2000. I moved to the east coast with my wife and started from scratch as Lord Raven the solo artist.

Your influences?

My musical influence even though I'm a rapper is Luther Vandross, with a strong soulfull voice and superb production Vandross influences me to be excelant both vocally and musically.
