We are a five member band out of Central Massachusetts. We play original tunes inspired by a variety of musical styles.Most people classify our music as unique, a mixture of jam, rock, funk and blues.
Why this name?
Our next door neighbor was a painter and while searching for a band name we came across a painting he had done. It was called "The New Pond Fondle". We thought it represented our music, colorful, carefree and unique.
Do you play live?
Yes, In the Worcester, Boston area in Massachusetts. We love playing out. Our favorite shows have been at the Planetarium.
If you make it big..?
We'll sail the seven seas! Stopping in all ports of call.
Band History:
Formed in 1996, released our first self produced CD,"Organic Chemistry" in 1998. Our second CD "Anxious For Mellow" is now currently available. We have 3 MP3's on our music page. Check them out!
