SoundClick artist: Joe Oprych - experimental, chilled, hip hop, breaks, funky, a mixture of everything

I'm a small time producer, making tunes for pleasure. Just at a stage where I'm experimenting with different sounds and styles , getting my head around sequencers etc.

Have also produced songs by a range of different bands. Mostly hip hop orientated.

Why this name?

Haven't really got a DJ name or anything, couldn't think of anything clever, so just stuck with my real name

Do you play live?

Have Djayed in a few local clubs, but not playing my own stuff.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I think if you respect the music industry, then you should download music to see if you like it, and if you do, then go and buy the real thing. A bit like with shareware or demo software.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yeah, but I can't see that happening

Band History:

Well, its just me, and some other guys I collaborate with from time to time.

I've been messing with sounds properly for about two years, so I'm still pretty much a novice.
