Band/artist history
Paul cardall (www.paulcardall.com) started playing the piano by ear as a teenager as he sought sollace after the loss of friend. after six years he recorded his first cd, sign of affection. In 1995 author Richard Paul Evans commissioned cardall to record a cd inspired by his #1 NY Times best-selling book, "The Christmas Box." Cardall later created independent label Stone Angel Music (www.stoneangelmusic.com) to distribute his recordings. With more than 50,000 cds sold cardall partnered with Narada, a divsion of Virgin America. They expanded cardall's distribution world-wide. "The Christmas Box" hit Billboard new age top 25 charts in 1999. After recording "the looking glass" for Narada, he independantly released "miracles" in 2001 which spent several weeks on the top 25 new age voice charts.
