Untamed is a exciting new rapper coming out of Northern California, but there is more to him then rapping, good looks, and a killer personality. Born in an army brat in Tacoma, Washington, Untamed had it pretty easy for the first few years of his life. In 1990, his family relocated to California. After moving around for a few years and his parents splitting up they ended up in the inner city area of Manistee, Michigan. It was here that he was introduced and took to hip-hop. His friends were involved with a local rap group named “What Ya”. It was one of the first rap CDs he has ever heard, from there he decided to start his own rap group.
As Untamed progressed, his parents got back together and he continued to move around. Being a city kid in the country he was picked on and decided to take to violence; was expelled from school and decided to dedicate him self to rap. During this time his family moved back to California where he would perform freestyles for kids. In January of 2001, he released his first homemade CD entitled Independent 4 LIFE. He featured his friend Tyson on it and he got a little props. Also, he had released a CD with local rapper, Emouge. Untamed and Tyson went down to a local studio in Eureka, California to record his then called DEMO. The CD was a success, and every body was feeling it. Kids were buying them up like crazy. He then started to live for god, and was called to do Christian rap after hearing a sermon in church. He recorded his first Christian song entitled WACTCH OUT! He continued to write rhymes for god, and signed with Suspectz records.
