Lyman is an eclectic addition to todays fastmusic scene.
Why this name?
We named the band Lyman after CL's late Grandfather (Lyman). CL used his inheritance money to fund the band, giving us an early edge when things first started to roll. Funny thing is, Grandpa Lyman would probably roll over in his grave if he knew the money was used for "Rock & Roll."
Do you play live?
Absolutely. Currently playing anywhere in Virginia, Washington DC and North Carolina, but we're ready to travel and play anywhere.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
We think the internet and the MP3 format have changed the music industry for the better. Independent artists now have a medium that we can help control.
