i got the name disko dave after watching an episode of the simpsons. there's a character named disco stew so i joked around and named myself disko dave. it started as a joke, but ended up sticking. my other alias is roll da o5 pro. i just combined my first name with the name of my mixer and there you go.

i don't play live, but i spin at alot of different spots and clubs. a special moment would be placing 2nd in the dmc(internationl dj battle) d.c. regionals.

i think it's a good way to promote your music, especially if you're an upcoming artist, but still think that fans should support and buy albums/singles even though they could get it for free. artists need to get their dough, ya know?
