Welcome! ... here you'll find a collection of solo and collaborative musical projects with friends and indie music acquaintances' created over the last decade... my how time flys! Hopefully you'll listen and find a few of the tracks timeless.
Do you play live?
Not anymore... I did for quite a few years and now on occasion I do freelance solo piano gigs! Never did like dragging keyboard equipment around! Tough on the toes and fingers!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Music has been evolving for centuries as one musician reacts to another through the listening and visualization experience of sound. Mp3 technology has and will accelerate this evolution just by the shear numbers!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
The main thing is to materialize the sounds...get them recorded!
Your influences?
I truly like it all but trend toward progessive rock and strong themed pieces with somewhat abstract lyrical content. It doesn't hurt to think a bit while your heart throbs and toes tap.
Favorite spot?
the back porch!
Equipment used:
Alesis QS-8 is the main keyboard. Akai DPS-12 for digital recording & mixing. I have a Martin acoustic and an electric guitar that I also have been using on occasion.
