He is young, hungry, experienced and determined. He goes by the name T.U.O. aka D.Black, he runs with a powerhouse group known as Infantry. T.U.O. is not one of those rappers who rap because it’s cool or there is lot money involved, you can hear it through his music. T.U.O. and his Infantry comrades have already established there credibility on the streets. He clearly has what it takes to make it real big in the music industry.
