Just another cat tryin' to do his thing.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The use of digital music in general has impacted the music industry as well as its consumer base drastically, in both good ways and bad ways. Using Mp3's allows for struggling artists or new artists to easily and effectively distribute their music and it gives consumers more and different avenues of obtaining and listening to music, which I think is fantastic. However, Mp3's also have led to pirating of music and illegal downloading which ultimately negatively impacts the industry. Like with everything else, the impact or change that has occurred has its pros and cons.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Perhaps.
Band History:
I was always a huge fan of music, especially rap, as I was growing up. I started writing poetry and lyrics when I was 13, and recorded my first song when I was 15. I actively pursued music until I was 17, and from there on out it has been on and off. Recently, in the latter half of 2008, I have started to get back into writing and making music again.
Favorite spot?
Behind the mic.
