PURCHASING BEATS
The beats on this site are available for sale on two levels described below. I use Pay Pal for all transactions.


EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
Buying exclusive rights to any beat allows for use of the beat on any profitable medium. You will be granted to exclusively use the beat for an unlimited number of commercial releases (single, album, etc). You are also permitted to alter or mix the purchased instrumental if you wish but may not re-sell the beat in any way, shape or form.

On buying exclusive rights, customers have the choice of receiving the beat either by e-mail (download link) or physically on a CD-R. You will receive the instrumental in the form of a 320kbps encoded mp3 file and also the full beat in .wav file format. If required, the beat may be tracked-out into the individual components (.wav files) making up the instrumental.

Exclusive rights may only be bought once; it will be listed as SOLD on this site. Proper production credit must always be given. The title of the sample will be provided for clearance.

LEASING RIGHTS - $10.00
Leasing any beat allows for use of the beat on any non-profitable/non-commercial medium such as a demo or "promotional mixtape". The opportunity to lease a beat is available until exclusive rights have been bought. You are not permitted to alter or re-sell the beat in any way, shape or form.

On leasing a beat, it will be delivered via e-mail - you will receive a 192kbps encoded mp3 file.

Once leasing rights have been bought, the beat will still be available on this site; leasing rights may be sold multiple times. Proper production credit must always be given. The title of the sample will not be provided to the artist for clearance.
