A song I've been working on for a LONG time. Special thanks to Dave, John, Shawn, and the rest of the crew at Dino Rock for helping me get out of the rut I was in to write this one.
Something that just hit me out of the blue.
This is another sample of a song from my upcoming instrumental CD. I'll have the full version up a bit later, but check it out and tell me what ya think!
I know I haven't done anything in a while, but to assure you that I am still very much alive, here's a short little excerpt from a tune that I'll have fully done by summer!
Time to stop the bleeding heart crap. Most of you who visit here know why I wrote this song and what it has to do with. On with life!
Biting guitar with an 80's metal type groove and riff! Re-mixed by my friend John Walker of Lochinvar fame. An incredible guitar player in his own right, and a great songwriter.
This is something that was done as a joke and I've just now decided to post it. It's not meant as a joke on bluegrass musicians, rather than exposing myself trying to play this form of music and failing miserably at it! It's choppy, sloppy, but
A song written by me in 1991, and re-done...features "King" from Guitar Clinic 101 on the first solo!
This is a tune that is a break from the norm of what I usually do. I may do more in this style, but only time will tell. My mom loves this one. Go figure!!!!
This is a song written and recorded in 1991 on an analog 4-track. I just found the song recently and it was the only one that I was able to get on computer. The quality fluctuates, but I'm putting it here as is for now simply for nostalgic value.
Reoccuring theme. Nasty sounding!
Another riff-oriented tune. Not as much leadwork on this one except in the middle. Was going for more of a groove type thing.
