Electronic Monk

Electronic Monk is a personally engrossing experiment in the elements of trance and general electronica music. As an amatuer - I'm not trying to be anything special, just myself as I learn from the many artists I look up to. I might even take up some other forms of electronica very soon... so stay posted!
Tools of production are generally software and computer driven devices. However, there's been some upgrades to my home studio recently to include more hardware and sounds!

Why this name?
Random chop-sacki nostaglia from my martial arts days.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it helps greatly with popularity... but it has done horrible things for driving pirating over the roof.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I have to make consistent, and good music for that to ever happen...
Your influences?
So many artists of various backgrounds... Many trance producers from Trance[]Control to Tiesto, to oldschool Robert Miles. Lately, I've been liking alot of ATB and Ferry Corsten.
And theres electronica like Jean Micheal Jarre, vintage stuff that I've started listening to more and more. Too many to list individually...
I LOVE VIDEO GAME SOUNDTRACKS... techno to orchestral... capturing heroic/dark moods symphonically always captures my ear...
