It's was derived from my last name so I didn't really have much of a choice. My friend gave me the name and it stuck.

Hell No! Why when we have the ability to do everything ourselves and reap all the rewards. Record label are companies that make larg loans and demand high return from you. If you can't do it yourself then you most likely aren't making good music. Anything can be marketed to sell but few artists stand the test of time.

A few of my influences are with Hi-Tek, No I.D., D.J. Shadow, Quincy Jones, Herbie Hancock, Common, 9th Wonder, Just Blaze, Rick Ruben, The Dream Team, The Heatmakerz, Blackout and The Tenth.
