Our Band is called "Later On"...

We are a 70's, 80's, 90's, rock/blues/originals
Band enjoying music from a 2007 viewpoint.

Personally, I love to write in all genres of music but folk/Country is still my #1 style.
Why this name?
Later On was chosen because we are experiencing life from more mature viewpoints. I guess there is a little dust on the bottle. Uncork the bottle, and hopefully, the aged wine satisfies the most expensive tastes.
Do you play live?
We are playing in Vacaville, Davis, Dixon Woodland, California. Time will allow us to play in more places.
There have been many highlighting moments throughout my musical years that define me as a musician, songwriter, poet, storywriter, thinker and human being.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet and mp3 are extremely useful tools for the music industry. For those who have little means of income, they are given an opportunity to be heard. Also, They bring the music community closer together, whether, Producer, Artist, Writer, Instrumentalist or listener. I am grateful.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would gladly sign as a staffwriter. There are many dynamic, up-and-coming vocalists that can generate the passion, energy and emotion to empower my songs and generate the electrifying current that both inspires and emotionally stimulates the listening audience.
Your influences?
I love all music. My faves are The Eagles, Eric Clapton, Michael McDonald, Mariah Carey, Dave Matthews, Bonnie Raitt, Buddy Jewell, Marsha Ramirez, as well as many, many others.
Favorite spot?
The Ocean and the mountains. An especially favorite spot is experiencing any given moment involving my five children, whether physical or mental.
Equipment used:
I love Fender Strats, Precision Basses, Ovation and Taylor acoustic guitars. Fender, Peavey and Marshall Amps.
Anything else...?
