hi, i’m greg ralls, a songwriter from collegeville, pennsylvania (philadelphia suburbs). i have uploaded hundreds of my songs here in hopes of inspiring people to record cover versions. most of the songs here are simple versions with vocals & piano or vocals & acoustic guitar. please cover my songs and share the results with me!
Why this name?
it was on my birth certificate.
Do you play live?
i have no live shows planned right now, but that could change at any time. my biggest gig to date was probably at the tin angel in philadelphia a few years ago, and you can find the live recordings from that show on the music page. i can be occasionally heard on wilmington, delaware’s wstw 93.7 fm on sunday nights. mark rogers is the host of their show, hometown heroes, from 8-10 pm. i’ve been an in-studio guest twice. i’ve also backed up tiffany & christine and company for live performances on that same radio station.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
i think it's great...lets more people hear my music, anyway.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
sure would...i'd be very interested in dealing with anyone who might help further my career.
Band History:
i have been writing since my early teen years. i have written over 300 songs/pieces, and many are on this website.
