"The Best British Metal Band You've Never Heard!" - Tuned Magazine
TesseracT began life in 2003 in a bedroom in Milton Keynes, England. Initially a solo instrumental project written, recorded and produced by Acle Kahney; the aim is to convey different moods using unique and unusual methods. By capturing tense melodic ambience with a combination of hypnotic grooves and rhythms, TesseracT engages and transports both the performers and listeners beyond the normal scope of modern metal and rock.
Currently working on their debut album, the band will release an EP in spring/summer 2008, and will be touring to support this.
Musical inspirations come from artists such as Meshuggah, Textures, Pink Floyd, Martin Grech, Sol Niger, The Doors, Pearl Jam, Miles Davis, Led Zeppelin...
Quotes from listeners:
Martin Grech
"So I'm really impressed...I'm in the studio now....so I just played it to Andy (producer man)....and we both agree that it is very hi-quality writing and production...nice one!"
Fredrik Thordendal
"Nice tone!!! All the demos you've uploaded on the Toontrack forum are amazing!!!"
Total Rock
