We are the tenebrous counterpart to the Evenstar...
Do you play live?
Oddstar is currently looking to play shows in and around their hometown (Asheville, NC) and regionally (VA, NC, SC, TN, GA).
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows the average music listener to dramatically increase their exposure to new music and to lesser-known artists that cannot afford to spend vast amounts of money on promotion and airplay. My hope is that it will eventually allow more musicians to reach geographically diverse audiences and earn a reasonable living doing what they love rather than limiting success to a narrow field of mega-popstars.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Absolutely, under the right conditions.
