play lo-fi play hi-fi  Insult to Injury
Until Sunday is a heavy power-pop foursome from the suburbs of Detroit. Credited with bringing California-vibe rock to the Midwest, Until Sunday exploded onto the Detroit scene with its members still in high school. Signed to Detroit indie Big Tuna Records, the band released its first full-length album in fall 2000.
Rather than record music on someone else’s dime, the band decided to take matters into its own hands. Producer Andy Patalan’s (Solid Frog, Sponge) result? An album with the energy of their live show: Emotional, raw - and most importantly - rock.. Insult to Injury is a six-song E.P. filled with straightforward sentiment, raucous guitars and gritty, catchy hooks. Insult to Injury states the obvious - you’re going to be hearing a lot from Until Sunday.
Loosen your collar and watch your girlfriend, Until Sunday is here to rock.
