Emotional dance/indie/electronica. expressions of pain interlaced among beats to move to to forget how bad we fell sometimes.
Why this name?
LeLe, the name, is a tongue in cheek joke. I am infatuated with pandas and there also happens to be a panda named LeLe.
Do you play live?
I play live around where I am currently living. In LA i played a lot. In France I played a lot. But the town I am in only gets me for house parties and the occasional venue.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
In many, or not so many, ways.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, of course.
Band History:
LeLe started when punk/emo became too mundane for my tastes. Having been in punk bands most my life, I found the routine tiresome after some time. LeLe is my own expression of my happiness, pain, musical endeavors, and what I want to do.
Your influences?
Musical influences come from all over. From the highways, to Radiohead. From Bjork to the first and last breath of a day. A lot of indie rock bands inspire me to keep going to make a new sound; black eyes, xbxrx, the locust, le shok, enon, and you will know us by the trail of dead, her space holiday, the darkness, etc.
Favorite spot?
LA, Amsterdam, France, Tokyo
Equipment used:
I use a powerbook G4 and a midi controller.

Heartbreak can only happen in person. Digital love is not something to worry about. Where am I going with this?
