Hey there, my name is Tanveer Jugpal AKA dj virez armé. I am from Vancouver, Canada and play / produce - Dance Music my playlist varies from House - Trance and everything in between, mostly trance though. I am 21, and it would be nice to make a carreer in this field of DJing and Producing.
Why this name?
My name is Tanveer - Veer is the short version of that name - add some french and i get virez - i was a flight attendant so i armed doors all the time giving me armé ( again with the french )
But no i am not french LOL

Do you play live?
Not yet there is not much of a scene for my type of music not that i am aware of. I would love to though and i am sure i will enjoy it :)
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well internet and mp3 not the same but do go hand in hand. There is both good and bad to this. The good being distribution and promotion and bad being piracy. Now if u are in position like me there is no down side but once u rise to the top it has a different effect.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If they like my music and think they can make a few dollars for them and me, why not :).......Ultra, Armada, Vandit waitin for ur call ! LOL

Ahhh " Influenced by many....Ulkike Any " a little catch phrase for my band.. emmm but influences lets see lots n lots of producer/djs out there pick up DJ Mags Top 100 list n you'll get their names :D
Favorite spot?
Ahh there is just too many...depends where i am and what i am doing really !
Equipment used:
Currently i am all digital....cant afford the good stuff for now........Sporting a custom built laptop.....with some producing and DJing software....got the behringer BCD2000, considering getting a dj mixer.
