Why this name?
Our Guitarist Si chose it...there is some story behind it but he is not here now...

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it gives bands like us a gr8 chance to get started.... the music industry earns too much n e way....but who am i to say
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
i guess so....i would think about it for along time tho.... depends what was ahead of us.......if there wer any other paths
Band History:
False Image was formed as a 3 piece punk band with Si, Lee and Dan in the summer of 2003. A few weeks later we played our first gig at the Weavers Arms, Bolton in August.
After writing more new material and a couple of gigs later, Danny Booth joined the band in December on vocals. With the line-up complete we played our first gig with Danny at the Chorley Community Centre on January 10th.
We have since recorded our debut EP during February.
Our songs are influenced in the styles of Punk;- Melodic, Pop, Emo, Rock.

Your influences?
loadsa really......music is quite pop punk/ punk or emo..........and our singer is quite like a robbie williams or keane frontman... a nice blend really...goes well together and opens peoples eyes...
Favorite spot?
Not Bolton.......thats for sure
