Kimberlee Coleman is a young Southern Gospel artist. She currently sings with the gospel trio Faith Family Singers. They sing in churches, nursing homes, festivals and anywhere the Lord supplies bookings. They come for no set fee. A love offering is accepted but not required. The Lord has blessed me and my desire is to give back to Him. As the Lord supplies more abundantly, I have promised Him that I, in return will also give more. I desire to be a vessel ready to be filled by Christ and poured out on those in need.
Why this name?
Faith Family Singers featuring Kimberlee Coleman. We are a family and we started this ministry with no musical experience. Therefore we were founded on our faith in Christ.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows people in many different places to listen to my music and reaches people I may never get a chance to see.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Whatever the Lord says I'll follow. If it's His will, absolutely.
Band History:
I began singing from the age of 6 years old. I've always loved to sing. However, everytime I tried to sing non-christian music I couldn't carry a tune. It wasn't until the Holy Spirit called me to sing Southern Gospel music, that I recieved the talent and drive to make this a ministry, not just a hobby.
Your influences?
My heroes of the faith are Brian Free, Micheal Combs, Jason Crabb, Glen Payne and Taranda Greene.
Favorite spot?
The stage of an anointed church.
