We make music.
Why this name?
xperiment with silence.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The future is now...the music revolution has started...the music industry is falling very fast from its high mountain only to be forever changed by underground reality music. MP3's can damage COMMERCIAL artists and MP3's can help UNDERGROUND artists. Its a two way sword and now its the record industries turn to be the one with the blade at their throat. Averaging $18 dollars for a cd at the wherehouse is ugly and overpriced. $10 bucks should be average. But its too late now for the record industry to turn back because mp3's have saved the day. Peer 2 Peer sites and sites like this are forever changing how music is going to be made popular.
Band History:
We started around Feb 2002 and have been buying up equiptment ever since. As we get a new "toy", our sound moves in a different direction (you can tell by listening to our older music). We don't know where we'll be in a year - we might be making rock music by then. It all depends upon what we feel like making.
Your influences?
We tend to lean towards electronically made music but we are open to everything. We pull influence from all around, its really hard to label us right now.
Favorite spot?
San Francisco, California... Record stores galor.
