Right now it's just me and my guitar, Thom. Although I'm currently on the lookout for people to be playing with, we're a great team and rock in all ways possible.
Do you play live?
When the opportunity presents itself. In a lot of ways I don't feel adequate, so I don't play live perhaps as much as I should or would like.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It has its pros and cons, just like everything. It's great 'cos you can get your stuff out there ~ but not so great when it comes to making profit. Have clear vision and be honest and everything will be okay.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Perhaps. Make me an offer and we'll discuss it.
Your influences?
Rock'n'roll is in my heart, but I'm a folk player with a fair amount of classical training. I'm interested in most kinds of music and have been influenced {personally and musically} by Charlie Peacock, Kings of Convenience, The Elms, Switchfoot, Sixpence None the Richer, Simon and Garfunkel, etc.
Favorite spot?
Aside from my house? The little arbour on the campus of Fresno Pacific University. And San Francisco.
Equipment used:
Martin guitars rule, dude.
