The Bill Connor Band is modern rock band from Joplin, MO that consists of Bill Connor, lead vocals & rhythm guitar; Dusty Smith, lead guitar; Rick Reichle, rhythm guitar & backing vocals; Jeremy Denton, bass; and Todd Gallant, drums.
Bill and Jeremy have played together for 3 years, first playing together in Foma with Rick, who recently joined the Bill Connor Band in January. Dusty has been in the band for nearly a year and Todd joining after moving to Joplin from Springfield, Mass. in November. Bill released his solo album "Whatever Happens Will Be" in October through his own company, Foma Music. The band is currently playing shown in the southwest MO area and plan to release a new album sometime in 2004.

Because I'm an egomaniac!! HA HA!!
Do you play live?
Yes, southwest MO, we love playing live. anytime we play live is a special moment because we often have guest musicians and we never know what could happen
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps bands get their music out to people who would never get to hear them.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No labels SUCK! They are only interested in making money, not promoting good music.
