9-27-04 After tons of research and listening, I finally got some studio monitors. I decided on the KRK V4 Series 2. I have been using them for about a week and I'm very happy with them. They have amazing sound and are very compact in size. They have a quality build and look good at the same time. The bass frequency is not as low as some 8 inch monitors, and the mids are a little high, but overall these are great monitors.
9-4-04 All songs now available for download! That being said, all songs are subject to change. I may update songs at anytime. If I do, it will be mentioned here in the news.
If you like my songs enough to download, I would appreciate a little feedback. Just a quick email or messege saying you liked my stuff would mean a lot to me. Until next time, Sb

Soundboy is an electronic musician from Illinois, USA. To make a long story short, I love music. It is very important to me. After years of just listening to music, I decided to start making my own. I discovered computer music, and the rest is history.
I'm a fan of many different types of music, but my main genres are electronic, hip hop, rock, and their sub genres. I listen to all kinds of music and I think my personal style is a reflection of this.

Why this name?
It was taken from the lyrics in the song Random by 311 (my most obssesed over band). It's a bit of a tribute I guess, but overall I thought it was just a fitting name.
Do you play live?
No, but I have been known to make mixes of dance and hip hop music that are great for live events such as parties.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's great because it lets people share their music with anyone all over the world. But on the other hand, it made it more difficult for artists to actually make a profit off their music because of file sharing.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Perhaps. It depends on what kind of deal they offered me.
Band History:
Made music casually for about 4 years. Now I have begun to take it more seriously.
