Thunder Peel is the fruit of Michael C. Chau and Michael J. Brooker. What you'll find here is stuff we wrote and recorded in the comfort of the basement, occasionally while trapped in THE cloSET!

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It's diminished the idea of music as product somewhat and made it feel a bit more formless. You can still buy the stuff, but if you don't care about an album enough to keep it on something besides a cheap Memorex disc with magic marker written on it, then chances are that band probably doesn't deserve your fifteen dollars anyway. So it's all up to you, which is wonderful.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

No we enjoy our artistic freedom too...Nah I'm just joshin ya dawg, we'd like some cash money please.

Your influences?

Our musical tastes change alot, and there's no telling what either of us will be into at any given time. The main stays however probably run along the lines of My bloody valentine,Dinosaur Jr. and Sonic youth.
