Essentially anything I come up with musically or art-wise I label it "Darksphere". Somewhat of my own production company? Who knows.
Why this name?
It's a depressing view of the world I guess. Basically, Earth is plagued by War, Disease, Over population etc etc ... pretty depressing eh? Actually it pretty much popped into my head and it sounded cool.
Do you play live?
On occasion with past bands and acts. Do I like it? Always ... nothing better.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Double Edged sword. For larger artists it may raise their profile but their sales may suffer. For the smaller guy, it's a godsend for getting stuff out there and getting recognition
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes ... Money what else can you say.
Band History:
Not much to say I've been writing music in my head and on guitar since I was 12. I've mainly played guitar and bass in alternative and metal acts during that period. I'm currently working with an enthusiastic drummer which is great and spawns out some great Sabbath and COC inspired Hard Rock.
Your influences?
Metal: Sabbath, Type O Negative, COC, Danzig, Pantera, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Megadeth etc etc.
Alternative: Live, AIC, Soundgarden, Moist, Helmet.

Favorite spot?
Probably New Zealand - excellent landscape and people. Really accepting to a level I had never encountered
