Maqtewék Moween ia a studioband who record their music at the ID-Q studio's Utrecht (NL). Band members are Peter Schoemaker and Bram van den Berg. Scott McCaughey (R.E.M.) takes care of the vocals on "Move on".
Why this name?
We have a friend in Canada, who is Indian and lives in a reserve. Maqtewék Moween stands for Black Bear in the Mik-maq language.
