Why this name?
It's partially inspired by Jewel of the Nile, and it's partially a response to the sort of hypocritical thought process that allows a fellow to visit a prostitute, then refuse to pay afterward, citing "moral" objections.
Do you play live?
No. I'd like to, but not many musicians are happy with my approach.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
What somebody said about usenet applies to the whole internet: It's the largest vanity press, ever.
I think we're going back to the days before people made wads of cash doing music. Now everybody can do it in their spare time, often as a social activity.
