Whats up. This is the LastOnez right here. We are just a new Rap/Hip-hip group from the Midwest. Oklahoma is where we saty at and where we are holdin it down for. Check us out, we are hot and I guarantee we the next best thing.
Why this name?
The Name "LastOnez" came from the family tree. The group consists of three young rappers, who are also cousins: Lunatic, Skitzo, and FX. We were all born "Last" in our immediate families, in which after we started rapping between the ages of 6 & 8, our name was the Bosses, until we later changed the name to the "LastOnez".
Do you play live?
We perform every now and then here in Oklahoma City, Ok, but not very often. We focus more on spending time in the studio recording songs and making beats. We love everything we do with the music, never regretted any moment at anytime.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I like the internet and mp3, for certain purposes. It is probably the best way, besides television, to premote your music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Right now, we are focussed on our little independent label we got going for ourselves, C4 Records. We believe that we can make it very far on our own, then maybe later after having many accomplishments on our own, just have some fun with other labels. Anybody can say they have some kind of music talent, but do nothing to show it but let a label do all of the work for them.
Band History:
The LastOnez go back, way back. We are young, 15, 16, and 17 years of age. We started back in 1993, just freestyling to other peoples music and doing absolutely nothing with it, just having fun. In about 1999, we decided to change our names to the LastOnez, and from there we were on a more serious tip. It was in middle school when we started to buy music/studio equipment to help us in our future career.
Your influences?
"Man!!!Bone Thugs ~N~ Harmony I would say had the greatest influence on my interest in doing rap music. But, Twista, OutKast and my undaground boy Tech N9ne, also influence me, ALOT!!"

We really want to travel and get around alot, but its one place we will never forget, and that's Oklahoma City, OK.
